Dong An IP have plain surface which is favorable to set up factories.  Furthermore, Dong An is located strategically in the area, which is extremely favorable for transportation in waterway and by road, as the connection for commodities transporting between provinces in the South with others in the East and Central Highland.

Up to now, 120 projects have been successfully invested In Dong An I IP , in which 81 projects with total 400 million USD capital are invested by international investors, 39 projects with total 2,500 billion VND capital by domestic entrepreneurs, occupying 99.5% industrial land areas and creating over 30,000 jobs.

Infrastructure

Standard infrastructure have been finished and put in operation:

The internal traffic systems are 9m to 18m wide roads allowing easy access and movement of all vehicles including 40-foot containers.

Lighting systems were set along the internal roads. Medium-voltage power cable supply net was installed along fences of factories to each plot of land. Power source, which is connected directly to 110 KV national grids and transferred by 110KV-25 MVA transformer station, assures stable power supply for production.

Wastewater treatment plant with capacity of 2.000 m3/24 hours ensuring the output of class A standard stipulated by Vietnamese government.

Water supply and drainage with Φ 300-500 piping system ensures sufficient water supply to meet the needs of factories including food process plants. Rain sewage systems run along the routes ensuring immediate drainage and prevent flood completely.

Communication systems are connected directly to the national optical grids, providing customers with all basic national and international telecom services:  Telephone, Fax, Internet... This system ensures the connection speed, quality, and security.

New urban area and hostels for workers have been invested overall for the housing demands of investors and employees.
