DONG AN II
Dong An II Industrial Park total area will be 235 hectares when completed. Stage 1 of 158 hectares has been completed ready for rent since March 2008. As of 20 September 2010, 22 clients from various countries has joined Dong An II, taking more than 50 hectares of industrial land.

The Industrial Parks belonging to Dong An group are critical to create strong development foundation for Vietnamese industries. Our purpose is to develop industrial parks with international standard and perfect supporting services, creating most favored environment for domestic and overseas investors in industrial area.
Facility space for rent
As of 20 September 2010, there are 2 ready-built facotories for lease, each of 5000sqm (50m x 100m) located adjacent to each other on a total area of 20,000 sqm. The attached area of container yard, internal roads, toillets, guard houses... are inclusive. Electrical supply is already provided with a 400KVA transformer station, water supply connected.
